Fresh pre mature leaves free from any foreign leaves prepared by: 

thorough washing, thermal treatment (enough to deactivate oxidation enzymes) cut, minced & rapid frozen and then packaged in good manufacturing practices according to Egyptian quality standards as well as codex alimentarius.
